An innovative, dynamic and enviromentally friendly scheme by Angel House Developments Ltd, part of the Angel Group, has been designed for Marsh Wall, south of Canary Wharf.
The scheme, a ground plus 42 Storey (137.2m AOD) tower, with a 11 storey podium section, is currently going through the planning process, having been submitted in September.
The new building will be an asset to the local community with luxury apartments and extremely high quality affordable homes, many of which will be new family accommodation. Jobs will be created, not only during the construction phase, but in the retail space, restaurants/cafes and commercial units on the ground floor, as well as in looking after the serviced apartments in the tower.
